01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ddjili ("ddjili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ddjili.org ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ddjili Platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer tables, and account management features — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ddjili Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with ddjili's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and ddjili.

02Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on ddjili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. ddjili does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a ddjili employee or business partner, unless explicitly authorized in writing by ddjili.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ddjili Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

ddjili reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

03Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ddjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all related balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile number
• Residential address
• Preferred payment method details

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), ddjili will require you to submit identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or when your cumulative activity reaches certain thresholds. Accepted documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, Philippine driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or National ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Payment method verification (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or PayMaya account in your name)

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. ddjili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ddjili immediately at [email protected].

04Deposits & Withdrawals

ddjili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected in your ddjili account balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• ddjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the ddjili cashier section.

ddjili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees. ddjili is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, ddjili reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for significant deposits or unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending investigation.

05Bonuses & Promotions

ddjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general bonus rules:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players as specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used or met with wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits apply. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

ddjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively used in accordance with the stated terms at the time of claiming.

06Game Rules & Betting

The ddjili Platform offers a wide range of gaming products including JILI slots, live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), sports betting (PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football), bingo, and sabong. Each game type is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant betting markets.

The following general rules apply across all ddjili gaming products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of play conducted under live supervision.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or game malfunction, ddjili reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the staked amounts. No claims for winnings based on a malfunction will be honored.
• Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the applicable game rules and these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except where explicitly permitted by the game's rules.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body or sports league. In the case of postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events, bets will be settled according to ddjili's sportsbook rules published in the betting interface.
• ddjili reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error.

All winnings are credited to your ddjili account balance upon settlement of the relevant game round or betting market. Disputed game outcomes must be raised with ddjili support within 72 hours of the event.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ddjili Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification; using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Money Laundering: Using ddjili to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity. ddjili is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the ddjili Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or sports betting.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human method to place bets, interact with games, or perform account actions.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward ddjili staff or other players through any communication channel.

ddjili employs sophisticated fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for any of the above behaviors will be reviewed immediately. Where sufficient evidence of prohibited conduct is found, ddjili will act without prior notice.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the ddjili Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ddjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

By using the ddjili Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ddjili content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ddjili software.
• Use any ddjili trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ddjili Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ddjili intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

09Responsible Gaming

ddjili is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and ddjili provides a suite of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified ddjili account holders from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all ddjili gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Account Suspension & Closure

ddjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age
• A player's account being subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months)

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures. ddjili is not obligated to return funds where closure is the result of a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ddjili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ddjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the ddjili Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss not caused by ddjili's gross negligence
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers

ddjili provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, ddjili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.

12Privacy & Data

ddjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering on the ddjili Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data handling at ddjili:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• ddjili does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory bodies where required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances, request the deletion of your personal data held by ddjili.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions applicable to PAGCOR-licensed gaming operators and the relevant consumer protection legislation.

ddjili operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing lawful gaming activities in the Philippines. Any regulatory concerns or complaints about ddjili's operations may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.

In the event of any dispute between you and ddjili that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you agree that such disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

14Amendments

ddjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or through a prominent notice posted on the ddjili Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Effective Date" noted at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through ddjili's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels. ddjili will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
